We have spent a lot of time reviewing and updating our Surface Standard 11 Induction to reflect what mining and industry are expecting from a mining induction. We now can simulate all of the observation activities in-house to completely remove the need for a site workbook which has proven a hurdle for most mine operators and support industries. This has meant investment in additional resources such as evacuation equipment, fire simulators, first aid, control of energy and isolation simulations, scenarios and much more.
We can now offer a "Statement of Attainment" to all successful course participants at the completion of the induction program.
