The program equips participants with CPR skills aligned with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. It prepares workers in high-risk, remote, and physically demanding environments with the critical life-saving skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). In mining operations—where emergency response times may be delayed, the ability to respond quickly and competently can mean the difference between life and death.
This course is designed for individuals currently employed in operational roles across mining sites, quarries, and civil infrastructure projects. These individuals may be exposed to hazardous conditions and must be capable of responding to medical emergencies until professional assistance arrives.
HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation are required to be refreshed every year from date of issue.
